President, Business Sense Marketing
Ron Weinberg is Founder / President of Business Sense Marketing, with responsibility for marketing programs, brand management, and special projects.
Prior to starting Business Sense Marketing, he worked in strategic business development, sales and marketing at several startup companies. Most notably, he was in charge of marketing at FFP Global, a $30 million dollar business processing outsourcing company.
Ron’s greatest strengths are his creativity, drive and ability to understand the whole picture. He thrives on challenges, particularly those that help his clients take advantage of new business opportunities.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics / Finance from Bentley University.
Ron has served as Kenny Florian’s business manager since 2007. Initially, he supported his fight career with the UFC where he worked on everything from fight management opportunities, to sponsor negotiations, to helping Kenny land a weekly MMA News show on ESPN.
Upon Kenny’s retirement from fighting in 2011, Ron’s role has evolved into evaluating and developing business opportunities for Kenny. He also handles media contracts with ABC Network, Fox Sports, and Zuffa (UFC).
Most recently, Ron reached agreement with Fox Sports for the Anik & Florian podcast and helped with the launch of Kenny’s new martial arts school in Los Angles Meraki BJJ.
